Working in HR, you will be responsible for the department’s key functions such as strategic staffing, compensation and benefits planning, performance management, employee development and succession planning.

 
Success Factors
  • Degree in any discipline, with a major in Human Resources
  • Work experience in a US multi-national company would be advantageous
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
