Since Marketing creates the face and voice of MSD, our Marketing team must have a complete understanding of our philosophies, as well as a flair for strategy and creativity. The work you do enhances MSD overall reputation and image, as well as that of the individual brands and products.
You are responsible for successfully positioning our products in the highly competitive and regulated pharmaceutical marketplace, with a focus on “evidence-based medicine”, managing human health and not just products.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies for new and existing medicines. You will need to create tools to support our sales force, as well as provide health care programs to educate our customers and consumers.
Success Factors
Degree in Science/Pharmacy from a recognized university
Excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong, demonstrated leadership experience, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry
